Job summary

Arguile is seeking a Commercial Manager to support a major national government contract. The role focuses on post-contract management of a large-scale public sector project, with governance and reporting responsibilities across a wide stakeholder base.

The successful candidate will manage contractual obligations, assess risks and opportunities, and support commercial negotiations and change control within a complex FM/outsourcing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-contract commercial or contract management.
• Experience in FM, outsourcing, infrastructure or large-scale service environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support post-contract commercial management of a major government account.
• Manage contractual obligations, performance and compliance.
• Assist variations, change control and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor commercial risks and opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with government clients and stakeholders.
• Support commercial reporting and governance.
• Review contractual performance and identify improvements.
• Ensure adherence to commercial processes and requirements.
