Arch Law Limited is seeking an organised Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Conveyancing Portfolio team, with a focus on post-completion work. The role offers opportunities to work on SDLT submissions, Land Registry filings, and client communications.

The ideal candidate has experience in residential conveyancing, particularly post-completion tasks, and familiarity with InfoTrack is a plus. You will thrive in a busy, supportive team and contribute to efficient file progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential conveyancing, especially post-completion.
• Experience using InfoTrack for SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Post-completion experience is desirable; keen to develop in this area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of residential conveyancing post-completion work.
• Prepare and submit SDLT returns via InfoTrack.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications via InfoTrack.
• Pay HMRC SDLT and Land Registry fees.
• Prepare and lodge AP1 applications and supporting documents.
• Respond to Land Registry requisitions and notices to management companies.
