Tayntons in Gloucester is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support a Conveyancing Property Lawyer and Team with the progression of active files.
You will take instructions for sale and purchase files, transfers of title, new build, discharge and remortgage work, and manage client, estate agent and lender communications at every stage to completion.
The role emphasises strong administration, organisation, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying up-to-date with latest legal developments.
Working under supervision but with responsibility for a caseload of mixed sales and purchases and to support a Conveyancing Property Lawyer and Team in relation to the progression of active conveyancing files within the Conveyancing Team.
To carry out further ad hoc duties as required by the management.
The job will require someone who has a proven record of accomplishment in organising their own personal workload and responsibilities; the ability to determine priorities and consistently meet deadlines. The successful candidate is likely to have exemplary administration skills.
