Qualifications

• Experience in delivering Post 16 curriculum for students with complex needs.
• Experience working with autistic students is preferred.
• Ability to adapt curriculum to individual needs and life skills.
• Capable of collaborating with support staff to deliver high-quality sessions.
• Capable of building positive relationships with students, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of the Post 16 curriculum.
• Deliver engaging and active learning experiences, including community-based activities.
• Work with support staff to promote communication, independence and regulation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure the best provision for students.
• Support students on their journey into adulthood.
