Job summary

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is seeking a Post-16 Football Coach to deliver high-quality football sessions across the post-16 programme under the Head Coach. You will help implement the coaching framework and philosophy and contribute to player development both technically and physically.

You will also support administrative tasks, safeguarding, and monitoring while maintaining a safe, professional environment for young players.

Qualifications

• FA UEFA B, equivalent qualification, or higher qualification.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and relevant qualifications.
• Experience coaching football at grassroots or academy level.
• Desirable Bachelor's degree in Sports Coaching or related field or higher.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, plan and evaluate high-quality football coaching sessions for the Post-16 Programme.
• Develop relationships with participants, parents and coaching staff.
• Support administrative tasks, player monitoring and safeguarding compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding reporting.
