Job summary

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is seeking a committed Football Development Co-Ordinator and Post-16 coach to support boys' football development centres across local areas and oversee a Post-16 team. The role requires flexibility to train 3 evenings weekly and occasional Saturdays, with overtime in related programmes.

You will work with staff across education, community engagement and sports development, delivering high-quality coaching and safeguarding in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum UEFA C Coaching qualification and working towards UEFA B qualification.
• FA Safeguarding certificate.
• FA Emergency Aid certificate.
• Current DBS.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop football development sites professionally for all participants.
• Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality coaching sessions within the Post-16 programme.
• Develop relationships with participants, parents and coaching staff.
• Deliver, record, and monitor the football development plan and coaching philosophy for BFCCST.
• Contribute to raising the profile of BFCCST in grassroots football.
• Establish relationships with local clubs and governing bodies to explore opportunities.
