Job summary

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is seeking a Post-16 Football Coach for Stanmore. You will deliver structured football sessions under the Head Coach, shaping the Post-16 programme, and contribute to player development while ensuring a safe, motivating environment for young players.

The role requires safeguarding knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships with participants, parents and staff, with regular training commitments in the after-school hours.

Qualifications

• FA UEFA B or higher qualification required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
