Job summary

Brentford FC Community Sports Trust is seeking three passionate Football Development Co-Ordinator and Post-16 coaches to lead post-16 coaching and coordinate boys' development centres across local areas. You will promote teamwork, sport values, and player development within our community in West London.

The role requires a mix of 3 midweek evenings for training, with overtime in related departments such as School Sport and Community Engagement. A UK driving licence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum UEFA C Coaching qualification; working towards UEFA B.
• Experience coaching grassroots or academy football.
• FA Safeguarding certificate and FA Emergency Aid certification.
• Current DBS clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop football sites, offering coaching appropriate to ability.
• Plan, deliver, evaluate coaching sessions in Post-16 Programme.
• Develop relationships with participants, parents and staff.
• Deliver and monitor the football development plan and philosophy.
• Raise BFCCST profile in grassroots football and liaise with clubs/governing bodies.
• Maintain records, risk assessments, and reporting documents.
