Job summary

Stoke City Foundation, the official charitable arm of Stoke City Football Club, seeks a Post 16 Education Coordinator. This part-time role (32 hours/week) based at the bet365 Stadium will recruit, engage and support learners across Post 16 programmes, ensuring activity aligns with the Foundation’s mission and safeguarding standards.

Reporting to the Education Manager, you’ll build relationships with local education providers, run recruitment events, and monitor learner progress while remaining

Qualifications

  • Experience in education, recruitment or coordination, ideally within sport or charity.
  • Strong understanding of Post 16 educational pathways.
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and engagement of learners across all Post 16 pathways.
  • Drive marketing campaigns, school engagement and career fairs.
  • Collaborate with local education providers for placements and opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver recruitment and development events for Post 16 programmes.
  • Manage programme records, track learner progress and oversee work placements.
  • Provide delivery staff with up-to-date information for consistent messaging.
  • Ensure activities comply with safeguarding, health & safety and policies.
