As a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead, you will focus on supporting staff teams to create capable environments where our young people can thrive. As a PBS lead, you will assist with the development, organization, and delivery of a high-quality Positive Behaviour Support approach, enabling children to develop essential skills. Co-production will be key, working in partnership with children and their families to identify individual needs, challenges, and develop effective plans.

You will ensure staff benefit from person-centred PBS training, role modelling good practice, and coaching related to individual plans.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum three years supporting individuals with SEN
