Salary: £33,000-£38,000 (Dependent upon experience)

Role Overview:

You will assist in developing, organizing, and delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support approaches. This involves working collaboratively with children and their families to identify support needs, challenges, and developing tailored plans. As a practice leader, you will ensure staff benefit from person-centred PBS training, good practice role modeling, and coaching related to individual plans.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience supporting individuals with SEN
  • Relevant qualifications in SEN or Health & Social Care
  • Deep knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Understanding of behaviour support plans, risk assessments, and targeted interventions
  • Experience in delivering training and supporting staff development
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with young people and families
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive approach
  • Honesty and empathy, with a genuine care for young people
