Job summary

Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking an on-site installation technician to fit POS stands and wall signs across retail outlets, including petrol stations. You will replace stands, manage leads and cables, and install posters, following job notes and survey data.

Applicants should be organised, detail oriented and capable of handling diverse workloads with a proactive, customer-focused attitude. A driving licence is required and company van with fuel card is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install POS stands and wall signs in various retail outlets, including petrol forecourts.
• Replace stands, scratch card units and associated power leads & USB cables.
• Put up posters in windows and within stores, ensuring clean, neat presentation.
• Read job notes and surveys to ensure products are ready for fitting and stock is ready.
• Maintain tools, equipment and stock inventory for site tasks and update job status.

JOB PURPOSE

To carry out installation work of POS stands and wall signs (internal/external) across various
retail outlets (independent and multiples), including Petrol Stations.
Replacing stands where you mark the lottery paper with your numbers
Replacing scratch card units, and its power leads & USB cables
Putting up posters in windows and in store

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• tools, spares and parts are carried in order to complete the installation successfully

• Driving Licence (required)
• SPA - Petrol Forecourt Passport(preferred)
• Company Van and Fuel Card Provided

You will deliver on-site and remote support for servers, storage, and networking systems. You ll

work with leading vendors (HPE, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, EMC, NetApp, Hitachi, Cisco), resolving

hardware break/fix incidents and supporting customer IT infrastructure.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• £140 per hour + Overtime (£170 OT per day)
• Company Van Provided + Fuel Card
• Monday to Friday
• 8am 6pm
