Job summary

Dee Set Ltd, part of Acosta Europe, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to transform in-store campaigns into engaging Morrisons POS displays. The role requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle to enable home-delivery of POS materials.

The position is based in Bishopbriggs with Monday and Wednesday shifts and a 9:00–10:30 start. You’ll enjoy training, support for development, and a flexible schedule that may include extra hours during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Must have full driving licence and own vehicle.
• Smart mobile device and basic IT skills including apps, photo uploads and data review.
• Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Great attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Confidence working independently and managing workload.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Install POS displays and promotional materials across Morrisons stores.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with store teams for seamless in-store execution.
• Capture results, provide feedback and support campaign improvements.
• Represent trusted brands with professionalism and pride.
• Offer flexible hours around key retail events.
