Job summary

Dee Set, part of Acosta Europe, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to transform in-store campaigns into engaging POS displays across Morrisons stores in Cardiff. You will join a team delivering eye-catching materials, ensuring on-time execution and strong brand presence on the shop floor.

You must have a valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle and be comfortable receiving home deliveries for POS materials. Full training is provided and flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driving licence with own vehicle.
• Able to accept home deliveries for POS materials.
• Confident with basic IT and using multiple apps.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install POS displays and promotional materials across Morrisons stores.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to high standard.
• Collaborate with store teams for seamless in-store execution.
• Capture results, provide feedback and support improvements.
• Represent brands with professionalism and pride.
• Flex hours for key retail events and peak periods.
