Job summary

Dee Set, part of Acosta Europe, requires a Retail Merchandiser to transform in-store campaigns into engaging POS displays at Morrisons Congleton. You’ll install materials, work with store teams, and help brands stand out on the shop floor.

You’ll need a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle and be comfortable with home deliveries for POS materials. Training is provided and flexible hours apply. Experience in retail is helpful but not required as full training is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle and be able to accept home deliveries for POS materials.
• Smart mobile device and basic IT skills (downloading apps, taking photos, completing surveys).
• Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Great attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Install eye-catching POS displays and promotional materials across Morrisons stores.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with store teams for seamless in-store execution.
• Capture results and provide feedback for campaign improvement.
• Represent brands with professionalism and pride.
• Flex hours during key retail events and peak periods.
