Job summary

Dee Set Ltd, part of Acosta Europe, seeks a Retail Merchandiser to bring leading brands to life in major UK retailers. You’ll manage displays, stock, and promotional materials, ensuring products are available and well-presented across chains like Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Boots, M&S and Co-op.

This role requires a full driving licence with access to your own vehicle and the ability to accept home deliveries for POS materials. Full training is provided, with flexible shifts Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have a driving licence with access to own vehicle and be able to accept home deliveries for POS materials.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to use multiple apps, upload photographs, complete surveys and review data.
• Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Great attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
• Confidence working independently and managing your own workload.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• No merchandising experience? Full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and replenish products, ensuring excellent availability and presentation.
• Build displays and install POS materials to support promotions.
• Conduct store audits and report via mobile device with photos.
• Develop positive relationships with store colleagues to ensure successful delivery of activity.
• Deliver all tasks accurately, compliantly and within deadlines.
