• Demonstrated ability to lead portfolio management standards and governance.
• Experience in developing and embedding project, programme, and portfolio management frameworks.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continual improvement of the Project & Programme Management Toolkit (PPT).
• Provide training, coaching and guidance on P3M standards, tools and templates.
• Champion adoption of AI, digital tools and automation to improve delivery and decision-making across PHS.
