Job summary

Post Office Ltd in City of London is seeking a Portfolio Support Analyst to join the Transformation & Portfolio Office and support the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow SPM platform. You will ensure high-quality portfolio data, reporting and user engagement across the change portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience administering or supporting an Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution.
• Experience using portfolio management tools such as ServiceNow SPM, Clarity PPM, Planview or OpenText PPM.
• Experience providing user support, system administration and data management.
• Experience delivering onboarding and user training.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality portfolio data and reporting across the organisation.
• Provide operational support across portfolio systems, data management and user engagement.
• Deliver onboarding and user training for portfolio management processes.
• Develop dashboards and reports to enable informed decision-making and governance.
• Support adoption of portfolio management practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Systems & Support Lead to ensure SP M platform remains a trusted source of portfolio information.
