Job summary

Perch Group in the UK is hiring a Portfolio Performance Analyst to build analytics tools, dashboards and KPI reporting across portfolio acquisitions, onboarding and collections processes. You will work closely with Pricing, Decision Science, Finance and Analytics to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Candidates should have a quantitative background, up to 2 years financial services analytics experience, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of Python and

• Strong academic background in a quantitative discipline (STEM, Economics, Finance).
• Up to 2 years’ relevant analytics experience in financial services (debt purchasing/credit desirable).
• Ability to manage multiple high-value workstreams and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical tools and dashboards to monitor onboarding and portfolios.
• Identify root causes of performance inefficiencies and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support internal meetings with MI and analysis across portfolios.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Decision Science, Finance and Analytics to spot trends and drive improvements.
