Job summary

YouLend Limited in London seeks a Portfolio Management Associate in Data & Analytics to build code and data models for monitoring capital mandates. You will own performance analyses and scenario work for lenders, investors and senior management, delivering insights with self-serve data pipelines.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, data visualization experience, and the ability to translate analysis into clear strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, capital markets, structured finance, credit risk or a comparable quantitative role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Computational Finance or Economics.
• Advanced, hands-on SQL and Python.
• Ability to build and own dashboards that others depend on.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio monitoring for capital mandates end to end; write code and interpret results.
• Build and automate monitoring and reporting for performance, covenant headroom, and facility utilisation.
• Design dashboards and visualisations for executives, lenders and investors; ensure accuracy and commentary.
