We have an opportunity for a Portfolio Manager to join our great Portfolio Management team on a hybrid basis.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working within an insurance environment. You will analyze data to drive decision-making and understand the impact of actions. Experience in Portfolio Management, Pricing, Finance, or Reserving, along with excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills, is essential.
You must be commercially aware and have a track record of taking accountability for delivery. The ability to motivate others and influence audiences outside your direct control is important. You should be capable of challenging standard thinking and fostering an increasingly led business, leading cultural change.
Experience in driving profitability through underwriting risk selection, portfolio management, and pricing is desirable. An understanding of underwriting and business strategy, along with commercial pricing models and methodologies, would be beneficial.
