About the Bank

This challenger bank offers tailored financial solutions across various verticals, including SME and Real Estate Finance.

Role Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers, brokers, and internal teams
• Oversee management and servicing of loans within Development Finance
• Handle inquiries, process loan variations, manage accounts, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
• Manage and resolve inquiries from customers, brokers, and internal teams
• Oversee loan agreement variations and security releases
• Ensure timely repayments for accounts nearing term completion
• Mitigate risks and monitor early warning indicators
• Champion best practices and deliver positive customer outcomes
• Collaborate with internal and external partners

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and has:

• At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in financial services
• Strong knowledge of servicing, financial regulation, and risk management
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to make informed decisions and manage complex queries independently
• Experience with lending mandates and Real Estate Finance, ideally within Development Finance
• Collections experience and understanding of financial regulations
