Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Portfolio Reporting Lead to drive portfolio‑level reporting, turning complex data into clear insights for senior leaders and customers. You will join a fast‑paced team, coordinating with programmes, finance, and PMO colleagues to deliver accurate, timely information that informs action.

You will develop dashboards and reporting packs, assuring data integrity while pursuing automation and standardisation to improve reporting quality across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insight.
• Experience producing complex portfolio or programme reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Confidence to challenge information constructively and influence decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of portfolio‑level reporting for internal governance and external customer requirements.
• Consolidate information from multiple programmes and functions to provide a joined‑up view of portfolio performance.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas needing management attention.
• Develop dashboards, reporting packs, and visualisations to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with programme managers, finance, project controls and PMO to improve reporting quality and consistency.
• Provide assurance on data accuracy and integrity, challenging assumptions where necessary.
• Support customer reporting commitments and meet contractual deadlines.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and standardisation of reporting processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform action.
