Job summary

NHSBSA is seeking a Portfolio Performance and Insight Specialist to lead complex data work, using BI tools, SQL, and data mining to clean, analyse, and visualise information for portfolio delivery. You will develop dashboards, forecasts, and option analyses to support critical decisions across the directorate.

You will work closely with Portfolio Office and Assurance teams, promoting data quality and providing training to stakeholders while ensuring timely, accurate reporting and insights for

Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis across complex datasets.
• Strong experience with BI tools, SQL, and data mining techniques.
• Ability to transform data into actionable insights for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain analysis, reports and dashboards for portfolio delivery.
• Develop predictive forecasting methodologies to inform strategy and performance.
• Coordinate portfolio performance reporting across the directorate and liaise with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and training on data usage to delivery communities.
