Job summary

Zenith Vehicles, based in Leeds, is seeking a Portfolio Demand Analyst to join the Group Change & Transformation team. The role focuses on accurate portfolio and demand information, governance, and high-quality reporting to support decisions.

You'll work with monday.com, Excel and Power BI, handling multiple priorities across business and technology stakeholders in a hybrid setup. This is an opportunity to contribute to improvements in processes and toolkits.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio, PMO or demand management environments.
• Strong reporting and management information skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of monday.com with dashboards.
• Excellent analytical and detail-oriented approach.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and coordinate actions.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across business and technology functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and act as the subject matter expert for monday.com across portfolio and demand management activities.
• Maintain accurate portfolio, demand and delivery data to support governance and decision-making.
• Produce reporting, dashboards and management information for a range of stakeholders.
• Analyse portfolio data to identify risks, issues, trends, dependencies and opportunities.
• Support demand intake processes and the progression of work through delivery lifecycles.
• Coordinate portfolio activities and ensure key actions are tracked and completed.
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes, reporting and tooling.
