Job description

Portfolio Building Surveyor (Hybrid) needed in Truro, £22 – £25ph PAYE – Reference: 5264519

22.2 hrs per week

Responsibilities:

• You will ideally be RICS qualified chartered surveyor or experienced property professional with experience of property transfers to third parties.
• The programme involves potential negotiations and the transfer of up to 70 public play areas along with other council assets in the parish area.
• This programme requires a dedicated resource to achieve corporate timelines and protect resources committed to other key asset release activity.

This is a part-time role on a temporary contract basis.
