Job summary

Aqua Consultants Ltd. is seeking a Project Analyst to support governance, performance monitoring and delivery of the project portfolio.

You will produce portfolio analytics, provide commercial oversight, project assurance and management information to support effective decision making across the Business Unit. The role includes leading a team of Project Administrators, ensuring consistent standards, workload allocation and ongoing development across the Project Delivery Office, while

Qualifications

• Good client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to identify and raise business, commercial and delivery risks effectively.
• Ability to work across multiple projects, teams, and clients simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain portfolio-level reporting dashboards with analysis of project performance, utilisation, revenue and forecasting metrics.
• Analyse portfolio data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend interventions.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Establish and monitor project and portfolio KPIs for decision making.
• Support monthly business reviews with accurate management information and analysis.
• Coordinate project administration from proposal to closure, including documentation and invoicing validation.
