Job summary

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Portering & Transport Supervisor based at Kendray Hospital, Barnsley, on a 37.5-hour week across Trust sites. Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for leading a team.
• Ability to produce written reports and manage budgets.
• Proven experience in supervising facilities or transport services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide an effective porter/transport service across the Trust.
• Lead and motivate drivers/porters and manage SLAs/contracts.
• Ensure health and safety and manage budgets and staff development.
