We are looking for a porter on a high-profile contract to assist, support and carry out daily porterage tasks.

Main duties will include: meeting room setups, furniture moves, bin runs, dealing with waste subcontractors, escourting contractors, ad-hoc cleaning tasks, using cleaning machinery e.g. jet wash, scrubber dryer, assisting reception, maintenance walks, spotting and reporting hazards

Accepting incoming deliveries and mail, Distribution of deliveries and mail, logging and screening of mail and any Ad-hoc duties as required

We are looking for someone motivated, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Multi-Skilled Operative to join our dynamic team supporting our busy Mailroom.

This role involves efficiently receiving, processing, and distributing goods, mail and managing deliveries. You'll support stock control, maintain an organized work environment, and provide excellent customer service while responding to service requests.

Must have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, good time management, and a team-oriented approach. and basic IT literacy is required. Applicants will need to be residing in the UK for the past 5 years due to security checks we need to carry out
