CH&CO, a part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a dedicated Porter for Inspire on a part-time basis. You will support smooth operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care, and assist across lobby, reception, and event setup duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service environments.

Responsibilities

• Keep the lobby and public areas clean and tidy.
• Assist housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff with setup and moving furniture.
• Handle reception duties such as bookings or reservations when required.
• Respond to guest requests and assist as needed.
• Run errands and support operations as required.
• Place and remove safety signage to ensure customer safety.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Porter to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Inspire on a part time basis, contracted to 20 hours per week.

Please note: This role is contracted to 40.8 weeks per year

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in keeping the lobby and other public areas clean and tidy
• Helping housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff to set up rooms or move furniture
• Handling certain reception duties, such as booking theatre tickets or making restaurant reservations
• Responding to customer requests where required
• Running errands
• Ensuring the safety of customers by, for instance, placing and removing signage that indicates wet floors or paints
