Job summary

• Calm, patient and professional conduct when dealing with the public

Responsibilities

• Passenger screening and respectful security searches
• Baggage and property screening using X-ray and manual checks
• Vehicle security checks before boarding
• Access control and verification of authorised personnel
• Patrols and surveillance with CCTV monitoring
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity per port procedures
• Document logs, search records and incident reports
• Provide clear, courteous information to passengers during screening
