Job summary

NMAC is seeking a Population Health & Quality Manager to lead health informatics, patient activation and quality/compliance functions. The role drives data-informed actions, close care gaps and improve patient engagement while ensuring safety and regulatory adherence.

As a senior leader, you will oversee teams, develop dashboards, monitor KPIs and collaborate with Clinical Services and Bermuda Country Manager to align strategy with operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health informatics, healthcare administration, public health or related field.
• Experience in healthcare operations, population health, health informatics and KPIs.
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Population Health and Health Informatics teams and set priorities.
• Develop patient recall and engagement programmes to close care gaps.
• Create dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Clinical Services and Practice Operations.
• Drive measurable improvements in utilization and patient outcomes.
