Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Head of Population Health Data to lead analytics, health inequalities intelligence, and fair access analysis across the organisation and wider ICS. deputising for the Head of Informatics as needed, you will drive data-driven transformation and monitor population health outcomes.

You will manipulate complex data with Access, Excel, SQL and other data management tools, while upholding local and national data standards and ensuring

Qualifications

• Lead strategic development and operational delivery of population health analytics and health inequalities intelligence.
• Deputise for Head of Informatics when required.
• Use expert technical knowledge in Access, Excel and data management tools (SQL, OLAP) for complex data analysis.
• Define data standards, definitions, datasets and returns at local and national levels.
• Develop data architecture and curation processes for public health projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and intelligence initiatives across Adult and Children's services.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, public health and digital teams to identify unmet needs and inequities.
• Support business planning aligned with strategy and national policy.
• Develop population health monitoring practices and data standards.
• Represent informatics in senior leadership discussions.
