Job summary

Meadow Bay Villages is seeking a Lifeguard to supervise pool areas, lead shifts, and respond to emergencies while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires a valid NPLQ qualification and the ability to work weekends and holidays; previous busy pool experience is desirable. You will maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety procedures across the leisure facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NPLQ qualification.
• Experience in a busy pool environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts and undertaking Lifeguard responsibilities, including monitoring pools and activities, First Aid requests and water rescues when necessary.
• Provide excellent service, answer guest questions and queries, and manage tasks efficiently and professionally.
• Follow daily operational procedures and be able to mobilize a team to respond to Emergency First Aid / Evacuation procedures.
• Ensure facilities are cleaned and well maintained, communicate with guests, and follow Health and Safety policies.
