Job summary

Haven is hiring Lifeguards to ensure a safe, enjoyable swimming experience for guests at our facilities. You will monitor pools, respond to emergencies with first aid, enforce rules, and maintain pool area safety and cleanliness.

We require NPLQ certification, proficient swimming, and strong observation and communication skills. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are available, with comprehensive training and team perks offered.

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure safety of all.
• Respond promptly to emergencies with first aid and rescue as needed.
• Enforce pool rules to promote a safe environment.
• Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool area.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.
