Job summary

Haven is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience for guests. You will monitor pools, respond to emergencies with first aid, and enforce rules to maintain safety and order.

The role requires current NPLQ certification, strong swimming ability, and excellent observation and decision-making skills. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are available, with comprehensive training and perks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations for a safe environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool area.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.
