Job summary

InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa is seeking a Pool Attendant to ensure water quality and equipment performance through regular testing, maintenance, and safe chemical handling.

Candidate should have at least 2 years of pool maintenance experience, basic plumbing knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Excellent communication in English is required, with additional languages an asset.

Qualifications

• Certificate or training in Pool Maintenance (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in pool maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to lift equipment and work flexible hours.
• Knowledge of pool filtration and chemical systems.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
