Job summary

Crown Paints in Darwen, Lancashire, part of the Hempel Group, is seeking a Production Operative to join our polymer production team at the UK Manufacturing Plant. You will produce polymer grades, follow strict protocols and contribute to our ambitious growth in decorative coatings.

You will perform product testing and verification, handle raw materials and assist with ancillary duties, working with a proactive, collaborative team while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a process manufacturing environment.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and quality awareness.
• Ability to meet production goals and adhere to SOPs.
