Job summary

Dellner Polymer Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Production Associate for the Night Shift to support key stages of our manufacturing process. This role offers hands-on involvement across moulding, painting, blasting and part preparation in a fast-paced environment.

You will cut and prepare rubber, operate heated hydraulic presses, and use blasting equipment and paint coatings while following precise instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Work across moulding, painting, blasting and part preparation.
• Cut and prepare rubber; operate heated hydraulic presses.
• Use blasting equipment, degreasing baths and apply paint coatings.
• Follow work instructions, specifications and quality standards.
• Identify defects or scrap and escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S principles.
• Support health and safety and wear PPE at all times.
