Qualifications

• Strong HR BP or HR generalist background required.
• Confident handling employee relations and HR compliance essential.
• Ability to work independently across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR contact for Eastern Europe.
• Deliver the regional HR agenda and support the People Strategy.
• Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development and wider talent processes.
• Coach managers on performance management and day-to-day HR matters.
