Page Personnel is seeking a Polish-speaking Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our client in the leisure industry in Woking. The role focuses on managing receivables, credit control, and ensuring timely remittances with a hybrid work pattern.

The ideal candidate has proven credit control experience, fluent Polish, strong numerical/analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and accounting software. Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in credit control or similar finance role.
• Polish language fluent.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of leisure/travel/tourism industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments and allocate to remittance advice.
• Investigate and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Collect outstanding balances to meet monthly targets.
• Process approved refunds to customers.
• Liaise with customers to ensure timely remittances.
• Investigate and resolve customer queries.
• Reconcile customer accounts regularly.
• Open new credit accounts / account amendments.
