Job summary

MJ Quinn Integrated Services Ltd seeks a Poling Field Manager to coach and guide poling engineers in the field, ensuring safety, quality and best practices across telecoms builds. You will verify competencies after training and drive site delivery within the geographic area.

The role carries a £40,000–£50,000 salary, 8:00–16:30 hours, and a suite of benefits, reporting to Head of Poling, with duties including conforming to road works signposting and asset build methods.

Qualifications

• Experience in poling across telecoms projects.
• Openreach/Smart Awards OH and UG accreditations beneficial.
• Hold full NRSWA Street-works qualifications at operative level.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the poling team on site.
• Oversee daily delivery, safety and quality standards.
• Manage defects, non-conformances and client requirements.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
