Job summary

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Policy and Reporting Officer to support service improvement across Children’s Services through policy development, performance reporting and quality assurance activities.

You will collate and analyse data, produce management information, dashboards and reports to inform decision-making, service planning and continuous improvement. You will work with managers, practitioners and partner agencies to ensure guidance reflects current legislation and priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience developing policies, procedures and guidance.
• Ability to collate and analyse performance data.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
