Job summary

Enginuity Group is seeking a Policy & Public Affairs Intern for a 6-month contract. This remote role (home-based in England, Scotland or Wales) involves supporting policy research, stakeholder activities and preparing briefings.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to research, analyse and summarise information clearly.
• Interest or experience in policy research, public affairs or politics.
• Interest in engineering, manufacturing or technical education.
• Awareness of UK policy making is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support policy research, consultations and parliamentary activity.
• Prepare clear briefings, updates and presentations.
• Research key organisations and contacts for stakeholder engagement.
• Assist with meetings, roundtables, webinars and workshops.
• Maintain records and stakeholder information; provide project support.
