Job summary

Enginuity Group is offering a Policy & Public Affairs Intern on a 6-month contract, full-time (35 hours/wk), with salary £25,000 (full year equivalent) plus benefits. This home-based role across England, Scotland or Wales involves regular national travel and overnight stays, providing hands-on experience shaping policy in skills, engineering and manufacturing.

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to research, analyse and summarise information clearly.
• Organised with good attention to detail and able to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support policy research and stakeholder activities across projects.
• Monitor policy developments, consultations and parliamentary activity.
• Prepare clear briefings, updates and presentations.
• Assist with meetings, roundtables, webinars and workshops.
• Keep stakeholder records accurate and organise team logistics.
