We’re working with a respected organisation in a regulated environment, seeking a proactive and strategic Policy Manager to join their team. This role offers the chance to shape policies that drive meaningful change, ensuring regulatory clarity and public confidence.

As a Policy Manager, you will:

• Lead on developing, reviewing, and refining key regulatory or organisational policies
• Monitor policy and legislative developments to identify potential impacts
• Draft consultation documents, briefing notes, and board-level reports
• Support and manage public consultations to gather stakeholder feedback
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective policy implementation
• Build strong relationships with external partners to inform and influence policy direction

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in policy or regulation, ideally within a public or professional environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret legislation and translate it into practical policy
• Confident working independently and collaboratively
• Proven project management and stakeholder engagement experience
