  • Investigations

We have a simple transferee process which includes the following stages:

  • Initial Suitability Check – confirming you are substantive, from a home office force and do not have any active complaints
  • Interview – interviews will be conducted in person against our leadership framework
  • Discussion of posting and start date taking into account preferences, location and vacancies within the force
  • Fitness Test (if not valid from home force), medical, vetting, PDR/Suitability form / Line Manager Appraisal from your current force and skill verification
  • Final offer and confirmed start date/posting details
  • Reference obtained from your home force confirming service dates etc.
