We have a simple transferee process which includes the following stages:

  1. Online Application Form - answering a few simple questions about your experience and preferred posting/location
  2. Initial Suitability Check - confirming you are substantive, from a home office force and do not have any active complaints
  3. Structured Interview - interviews will be conducted in person against the Competency and values framework (CVF) | College of Policing
  4. Discussion of posting and start date taking into account, preferences, location and vacancies within the force
  5. Fitness Test (if not valid from home force), medical, Vetting, PDR/Suitability form/ Line Manager Appraisal rom your current force and Skill verification
  6. Final Offer and confirmed intake start date/posting details
  7. Reference obtained from your home force confirming service dates etc.
