evoke is seeking an Affiliate Account Manager to expand our affiliate presence in the UK & Ireland, focusing on Casino and Sports. You will manage partners like William Hill, 888 and Mr Green, drive acquisition and revenue through data-driven, commercially-focused activity.

As an Affiliate Account Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our affiliate presence across the UK and Ireland, with a primary focus on Casino and opportunities across Sports. Managing a portfolio of affiliate partners across William Hill, 888 and Mr Green, you'll be responsible for building valuable partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities and driving customer acquisition through data-led, commercially focused activity. This role sits at the heart of one of the most dynamic acquisition channels in the business. What You'll Be Doing

• Identify, onboard and develop new affiliate partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across our brands.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, building trusted, long-term relationships that deliver mutual value.
• Reactivate dormant affiliates and uncover new commercial opportunities within existing partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that balance partner performance, customer value and sustainable return on investment.
• Monitor and analyse affiliate performance, using data and insights to optimise traffic quality, conversion and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with partners to create impactful campaigns, promotions and placements that increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Ensure affiliate content, offers, tracking links and brand reviews remain accurate, compliant and aligned with market requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience in affiliate management, account management, business development or a similar commercially focused role.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and influence and engage a variety of stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting performance data and translating insights into commercial actions, including proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing, digital acquisition or performance-based marketing, ideally gained within online gaming, e-commerce, digital publishing or another fast-paced online environment.
