Job summary

Société Générale is seeking a PMO professional to coordinate the transformation portfolio within Prime Services & Clearing (PSC) Ops & IT in London. The role focuses on governance, planning, reporting, and cross-team coordination to drive strategic initiatives.

You will support annual planning, budget monitoring and engagement activities, ensuring risk is managed and communications are clear across senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PMO experience coordinating transformation programs and portfolios.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated risk mindset with proactive escalation and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support across a portfolio of transformation initiatives, including planning, milestones, governance and reporting.
• Produce ad hoc management reports and presentations for senior management.
• Support annual planning exercises and budget monitoring activities.
• Organise town halls, leadership meetings and employee engagement events.
• Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the management team and stakeholders.
